工作场所辐射监测工作场所辐射监测radiation monitoring of the work placegongzuo Chongsuo fusheJ一onee工作场所辐射监测(radiation monitoring ofthe work place)为工作人员提供工作环境和与其从事的操作有关的辐射水平的数据而进行的监测。工作场所监侧的主要目的是:①确定工作场所辐射水平，确认安全程度，②为估计在场工作人员可能受到的照射和工作场所安全评价提供基础资料;③及时发现污染事件和事故征兆，以便及时采取对策，防止污染扩散或事故扩大。工作场所监侧的实施大体可概括为常规监侧、与工作相关的监测和特殊监测等几种不同类型。常规监测一种确认性质的监测，同连续作业相联系，目的在于表明工作环境对连续操作来说是恰当的，并未发生需要对操作程序作重新评价的变化。可使用连续工作的固定式场所监侧仪，以判断是否发生异常或紧急情况。与工作相关的监测对特定作业进行检查或为某项操作行动的决策提供必要依据所进行的监侧。特殊监测主要针对下述两种场合:①为恰当地监控工作环境所必需的资料尚不够充分;②有可能发生事故或怀疑发生了事故的操作。特殊监侧的目的在于为辐射防护和决定操作程序提供更详尽的资料，因此特殊监侧应当有明确的目标和期限，一旦目标已达到，就可由常规监测或操作监侧来取代.工作场所监测的资料还可用来鉴定操作过程和设计特性的优劣，并为工作场所的分区和个人监侧计划的制定提供依据。根据监侧对象，工作场所监测包括外照射监测、表面污染监侧、空气污染监测等内容。外照射监测选用适当的辐射监侧仪表，对工作场所进行的巡侧，侧定周围剂量当量或定向剂量当t目的在于确定辐射场水平，检查工作场所外照射控制效果，鉴定操作程序的合理性，控制工作人员在现场停留时间和空间，并为个人剂量监测的必要性提供依据。监侧计划的制定，对于常规监侧:①任何能产生辐射的新装置交付使用或现有装置发生或可能发生重大变化时(如反应堆或临界装置的起动或关闭后重新起动)，必须巡测其周围区域;②常规监测的频度取决于工作场所辐射水平预期的变化.若辐射场不易变化，只需一般性巡测，若易变化则应预先选定监测点进行周期性监测;③如果工作场所辐射水平有突然迅速增加的倾向，且其变化的严重程度又难以预料，则需在工作场所设置可连续工作具有报警功能的监侧系统。对于与工作相关的监测，监测方案的制定在很大程度上取决于所进行的作业对辐射场的影响。如果操作本身对辐射场的干扰不大，只对工作人员所在区城的剂量当量率进行巡测即可，但每次操作前均应巡侧。
