纤维素降解分子式:CAS号:性质:纤维素由于水解作用、氧化作用、微生物作用和机械作用等而使聚合度降低的现奉,统称为降解。纤维素大分子苷键对酸的稳定性很差,在适当的pH值、温度和时间条件下,水解降解生成低分子量的纤维素和葡萄糖,最终完全水解成D-葡萄糖。纤维素的碱性降解为碱性水解,使纤维素的配糖键部分断裂,产生新的还原性末端基,导致聚合度下降。在碱性溶液中,纤维素还会发生剥皮反应。纤维素在氧化剂作用下发生氧化降解,生成氧化纤维素,其聚合度也同时下降。纤维素发生降解,其聚合度下降,纤维机械强度也随之降低。
