城市住宅环境与设计城市住宅环境与设计 城市是人为环境和天然环境的有机合成，又是历史成果的集成。城市环境既是生活环境、居住环境，又是生产环境、经济发展环境和建筑环境。不能只追求艺术美化效益，更要重视是否对经济发展有利，目前的经济力量是否能够承受。如，城市环境（包括建筑环境）的美是综合性的，体现为整体美、动态美、特色美、充实美，然而目前我国城市建设经济运行过程则表现为单一性、局限性、功能性。现在的许多做法与创造城市环境美有着本质的矛盾。必须认识这一矛盾，并在城市建设的全过程各个阶段调整这两者的关系，即必须从城市建设综合效益的角度研究城市环境问题。结合我国的实际情况，居民对居住区环境有五个层次的需求：生理需求→安全需求→社交需求→消闲需求→美的需求。这五个层次是从低级向高级发展的。当人们满足前一需求后就会追求下一层次的需求；也就是说，在满足求生存的基本物质需求以后必然会提出精神上的需求；生理和安全基本需求得到满足后，社会交往、人际接触、邻里关系以至闲暇时间如何消遣乃是生活中必不可少的部分了。住宅是人类为了防避各种不宜气候条件的作用，通过建筑学处理所构成的家庭活动空间。每个家庭拥有与其相应成员相适应的房间是住宅建筑卫生的基本要求。尽管城市、乡镇和农村住宅形式多种多样，为了确保居民的身体健康，居住条件必须满足一定的卫生要求：如所配置房间的功能应当合理；其容积和面积适当，且具有满足卫生要求的微小气候条件；合适的外部环境及充分的采光、照明条件等。在住宅建筑中，居室占主要地位。层高、进深、面积和容积等代表居室规模的直观指标与居住者的生理、心理状态有密切关系。从卫生学和建筑学等各种因素看，室内净高不应低于2．4m；进深对居室采光影响很大，进深与室高的比例，在单侧开窗与双侧开窗时不同，均以墙面上获得充足光线为准，应依我国《住宅建筑设计规范》（GBJ96-86）的要求确定。为避免有卫生与流行病学上的不良影响，居室人均面积不小于9m2为宜，其中寝室人均按6m2计算，日间活动室人均按3m2计。居室容积对于室内空气质量和居住者身体健康有直接关系，人均居室容积过小，则室内空气中各种污染物浓度增高。此外，居室容积对室内温度的影响颇大，特别对我国北方采暖季节以及南方夏季、冬季室内温度和居住者的舒适感影响更为明显。住宅的通风问题关系着居室的微小气候。夏季防暑降温、冬季防寒保温均对通风换气有不同要求，无论任何季节，居室均不能密不透风。目前人们对住宅的厨房、厕所，早已不满足于墙内自然通风道和小气窗换气了，各种家用排风扇和抽油烟机的使用，说明居住者预防室内污染的意识大为提高，无疑这对建筑师提出了更新、更高的要求。在当前经济体制转轨和居民生活水平显著提高的情况下，对住宅建设具有关键性影响和作用的住宅设计进行研究是非常必要的。住宅设计研究问题很多，包括住宅多样化、系列化、功能化、功能质量、厨房卫生间、危房改建、节地、住宅经济等。
