井点降水法井点降水法lowering the water table by well pointJi叩d仰J心戊笋浏fo井点降水法(lowering the water table by we-n一point)预先将井筒穿过的含水层通过用钻孔进行疏干,然后掘进井筒的施工技术。在不稳定的含水岩层中开凿井筒时,在预定的井筒周围凿出钻孔,利用钻孔抽水或往下放水,使地下水位降落,疏干含水层。然后,在疏干区内进行井筒掘砌作业。井点降低地下水位的方法有抽水法和放水法.前者利用深井泵或潜水泵从井筒周围钻孔中抽水,使水位降低,形成疏干区。(见图)后者在井筒断面内凿出钻孔(滤水孔),使地下水经滤水孔流人下部已开凿的巷道内,再转排至地面。抓 井点降水示意图1一井筒;2一抽水孔.3一地下原有静水位,4一深井泵.5一抽水时静水位钻孔抽水法是在比井筒掘进直径大4m的布孔圈径上钻3~6个直径为100~500mm的钻孔,其深度以进人不透水层中2~4m为宜。随着钻凿孔的进行在钻孔中安设好保孔管,保孔管上钻有直径为5~15mm的小孔,包扎好金属过滤网,以防止砂粒进人撼管内磨损水泵或使孔壁坍塌.钻孔抽水时,孔内的水位急剧降低,形成水位最低点.外部围岩中的水,因存在水位差而流向孔内,水位降低较大,而远离钻孔的水流阻力则增大,因此水位降低较小,从而形成降水漏斗,满足了疏干要求。矿井降水孔的涌水量多为30~loom,/h,主要含水层的水位降低值可达几十米。当含水岩层渗透系数大于3m/d时,井点降水法较为有效。井点降水法通常不能使水位降低到含水层的最低深度处,在隔水层上部有一段井筒的水没有被疏干称为残余水柱。必要时需要采取其他措施(如板桩法)来保证该段井筒的掘砌施工。井点降低水位可使土体密实,引起结构上的土压力增高和地面下沉,应注意防止不均匀沉降。当含水砂层厚度不大、粘土夹层不超过两层,有良好渗透性时,宜采用钻孔抽水法。(张著超)
