DCS—50型电子定量包装秤常见故障检修DCS—50型电子定量包装秤计量准确度高,稳定性好,包装速度快,广泛应用于制糖及化工行业。现把该秤常见故障的检修介绍如下:一、部件组成该秤主要由电气和气动两部分组成。电气部分采用MCS—51单片机系统和XK3113数字显示件相结合,以P8031为中心,该系统的故障率很低;气动部分由加料主气缸、放料气缸、夹袋气缸和电气换向阀组成,由于连续运行,其故障率占到80%左右。二、常见故障检修1夹袋机构不动作。说明电气转换阀没有正常工作,在气源气压正常情况下,首先检查换向阀线圈电压(24伏)是否能被控制,若电气转换正常则为换向阀故障,应更换,如果不能切换,对应的检修流程为夹袋开关、换向阀控制三极管、双向触发器(CD4013)光电耦合器。2重量显示不稳定,时好时坏。首先应该排除秤体震动现象,检查+5V系统供电电压是否稳定,秤体接地电阻是否符合要求。3料斗漏糖。料斗漏糖与放料机构故障有直接关系,清除斗内积糖,观察放料气缸是否到位,关门阀是否有积糖。如以上均正常,则应检查放料气缸密封性是否良好。在此气缸下部有一阻尼调整螺丝,当调整螺钉气孔堵塞时,会出现关门延时,而出现漏糖。疏通气孔后,最佳的调整方法是:及时关门,响应时间要短,又要保证具有良好的阻尼,否则,关门机构过量冲击料斗,造成数字显示不稳定,且机械手磨损快。4下料重量不稳,超差现象严重。该秤三联件中有一储油杯,气源通过油杯,带动润滑油进入各气缸及换向阀,主要作用一是润滑缸体,二是加强密封性能。当油路堵塞时,会造成气缸密封橡胶垫圈与缸体干磨,而出现破损,造成串气,影响气缸各级加料行程,通过更换主气缸两级橡胶垫圈,一般都能奏效,但同时应疏通油路。另外,该三联件上还设有一油量调整螺钉,如调整过大,也会造成润滑油直接外排而浪费;过小则起不到作用。具体调整应为每7天左右一杯油。5放料过程中缺少某一级加料过程。下料过程中缺少某级加料过程时,应仔细观察主气缸的到位情况,Q1,Q2,Q3,电气换向阀分别控制气源至主气缸电位的高低,应根据故障现象检查其对应的换向阀,Q1,Q2,Q3,分别负责一、二、三级加料过程气源的供给。在更换换向阀时,应将它的两种工作状态旋至“0”位。在排除了换向阀的原因后,进一部检查信号接口电路,各自的信号由光电耦合器输出至控制三极管,参数为BV>60V,Zcm>3A,Pcm>40W的达林顿管。6不能启动自动程序。首先检查放料气缸是否关闭,在气缸关闭的情况下,位置传感器是否松动、到位。位置传感器实际上就是一干簧开关,靠气缸内环形永磁体来实现关与开。当传感器位置不正确,气缸内永磁体磁性减弱都会引起信号失控,而出现自动程序不启动。在调整传感器位置无效时,可做应急处理:将传感器输出线短接,实际并不影响使用。
