管理科技系设有会计电算化、电子商务和商务英语三个专业。现有专职教师13人，同时聘任企业、政府和其他部门的技术人员6人为本系的兼职教师。在专职教师中有副教授5人、讲师2人、助理讲师6人。有8人具备“双师”型教师素质。管理科技系长期秉承“务实创新、开拓进取”的精神，重视培养学生的实际操作能力、管理能力和创新能力，重视培养学生的综合素质，重视研究职业教育理论，突出高等职业教育特色。近年来，管理科技系教师在认真进行教学工作的同时，出版教材4部、公开发表论文50多篇，完成4项吉林省教育厅的科研项目。获得5项学院内部教学成果奖。管理科技系按照素质教育的要求，贯彻“以人为本”的教育思想，在吸取国内外先进职业教育思想的基础上，经过探索，确立了“宽基础、多方向、新技术、强能力”的教学模式，校内建有36座会计模拟实验室2个、30座电子商务实验室1个、40座商务英语语音室1个。多家企业、会计师事务所建立了校外实习基地。展望未来，管理科技系任重而道远，除了继续完成好现有专业的教学与科研任务，将根据市场需要开设市场营销、行政管理等新专业，将承担起更为重大的科研项目与科研课题。为适应市场经济和知识经济的需要，我们将进一步加大教学改革力度，注重培养教师的实践技能，拟派多名教师深入经济管理活动的第一线学习职业技能，不断提高全体教师的综合素质。不断改善教学与科研条件，增设现代化教学设施，为进一步提高学生的实践技能创造条件。要在“科教兴国”战略的指引下，积极拓宽校企合作途径，主动参与更多企业的科研活动中，为职业技术教育成果转化为生产力发挥更大的作用。管理科技系全体教师将继续以发展祖国的高等职业技术教育、促进祖国的经济腾飞为已任，积极进取、勤奋工作。并真诚欢迎有志于经济技术与管理事业的学子来管理科技系学习，让我们共同托起祖国美好的明天，在新的世纪中大展宏图。
