汽蚀分子式：CAS号：性质：又称空蚀。泵运行的一种不正常现象。指泵内的被送流体发生局部压力降，致使被送液体的局部压力低于所处温度下该液体的汽化压力，被送液体局部汽化，液体中含有汽泡，而影响泵的正常运行；泵排液量下降且不稳定、振动和噪音增大，当汽泡随被送液体进入泵高压区，因压力增高汽体液化，汽泡快速破灭（小于0.001s）而局部产生高压（可达350MPa），对泵过流零部件造成冲击，引起零部件损伤和破坏。引起泵汽蚀的原因，主要是泵的安装高度过高或吸入压头过低，NPSH值未达到要求或被送液体温度升高等。
