溶胶-凝胶法分子式:CAS号:性质:一种用于制取无机固体材料和器件的方法。无机固体化合物和无机材料通常是利用高温固相反应制备,但是,一般地说,高温固相反应得到固体产物的均匀性较差,反应所需的温度较高,产物的料理论基础和形貌也无法控制。溶胶-凝胶方法利用前体物(如醇盐或无机盐)将反应物在分子的尺度上均匀混合,经溶胶和凝胶过程使之转变为固体;由于固体凝胶中反应物是在分子水平上均匀混合,避免了固相反应扩散过程,使反应可以在较低的温度下进行,还可以根据需要将凝胶成型,再经热处理得到具有一定形状的材料和器件。利用溶胶-凝胶方法可以制备出各种形态的材料,如薄膜、纤维、块体或粉末等。近年来,溶胶-凝胶方法在很多领域中得到了广泛应用,特别是在陶瓷材料和器件上制造中的应用,得到了多种均匀、具有特定微结构和性能的固体材料。
