临氢异构化分子式:CAS号:性质:对戊烷、己烷或两者混合馏分在催化剂(一种特殊处理的含铂剂)和氢压(1.4~3.5MPa)下进行异构化以提高辛烷值的过程。原料要先经脱硫,脱硫后的碳五、碳六馏分与循环氢混合,并被加热进入预处理反应器,使芳烃和烯烃饱和,且有少量正构烷烃异构化为异构烷烃。由于转化率不高,冷却后再进入后反应器在压力较高温度更低进行异构化。高压分离器出来的液体,经稳定塔得到汽油调合组分。此法单程只能提高辛烷值10~15个单位。
