导板导板guide,guide shoedQ0bon导板(guide,guid shoe)诱导轧件正确地进入轧辊孔型、保证轧制顺利进行的导卫装呈的主要零件。导板主要用在型钢的纵乳和无缝管的针轧生产中。型钢轧制时使用的导板同无缝管轧制时使用的导板除了诱导轧件这一共同点外,因两种变形方式的差别而具备各自的特点。型钢轧制用的导板安装在型钢和线材轧机入口处横梁上,用以诱导轧件正确地进入孔型。型钢轧制用的导板有滑动(平面)导板和滚动导板之分。滑动导板的形状、尺寸和固定方法如图1所示。平面导板的设计是先画出轧辊的圆心01和02,它们之间的距离等于轧棍平均直径Dp。根据卫板的设计定出的横梁位置L和M取值不变。上辊与下辊的棍环半径分别为Rl’和凡‘时,则导板前端的圆弧半径Rl、R:可按下式确定: Rl~Rlr十△尺;RZ~R『+△双式中△尺为辊环与导板的间隙值,一般取15一20mm。当M值确定后,决定导板位置的N值亦可求出,N为横梁上表面至乳制线的距离: D1N一弓一M2式中Dl为下辊的原始直径;M为横梁上表面与轧辊厂断节呀丫:介前图1型钢轧制用滑动导板的形状、尺寸和固定方法水平中心线之间距。导板前端与乳制面的间距为C,在有效地引导轧件的前提下,C值可取得大些。一副导板由左右两块组成,轧件从它们中间通过。为使两者共用,可将导板两侧都做成斜面。导板的下列尺寸根据使用条件确定:(1)导板高度I应超过孔型上槽底,出口导板的高度I等于出口轧件高度与卫板厚度之和再加20一40mm。(2)导板尾部是导板强度最薄弱处,设计时为使其具有足够的强度,以免被折断,因此导板尾部长度J不能取得太小,一般视轧机的大小不同,取40~120mm。导板的下列尺寸根据固定方法确定:(1)为使梯形横梁磨损后仍能牢固地挤住导板,在确定导板固定槽槽底宽度G时,应使固定楔铁与横梁上表面间保留有乙2一20一3omrn;G值等于横梁宽度与楔铁顶部宽度之和减去4一6mm;(2)导板的宽度K,主要根据导板在横梁上能否牢固固定来确定;(3)为了保证导板在横梁上固定稳固,导板固定槽深度f一般不小于横梁厚度的一半。(4)为了顺利地装卸导板,固定螺栓孔直径留应比常规按螺栓直径配的孔径适当大些。不同轧机所使用的螺栓直径如表所示。 导板螺栓直径黑件黔跨升鄂一滚动导板通过导板盒中的一对导辊代替平面导板壁管时金属被挤到缝隙中而出现事故,见图3b。
