虽然 nothing to lose 的表面含义是没有能失去的东西了，但 I have nothing to lose 不能翻译为我什么都失去了，更不是我现在已经一无所有了。

可以这么理解：既然都不会再失去什么了，那就勇敢尝试吧，反正不会有损失，毕竟结果不会比现在还糟糕了。

bare 是光秃秃的，palm 是手心，意思就是穷得就像是光秃秃的手掌心，表示一个人已经一无所有了。
