教学的控制理论1962年，由苏联心理学家Л.Н.兰达提出，后来为心理学家Н.Ф.塔雷金娜等接受并发展。这一理论来源于心理活动的构造观点，美国心理学家B.F.斯金纳的程序教学思想与控制论思想对该理论的形成也有一定影响。教学控制论的核心，即主张运用控制论的基本原理和方法，分析研究学校教学问题，结合实际教学的特点，改革传统教学过程,从而建立起全面控制的教学系统,实施控制式教学。兰达等认为,控制任何过程的理论,实质上就是利用客观规律来达到一定目的的方法学理论。教学是一种有计划有目的的活动。教学的目的在于使学生形成一定的心理过程及特性。学生的心理过程是有规律的，因而是可以控制的，问题在于揭示借以控制这种过程的规律。由此认为，控制论对于教学来说，在原则上也是适用的。从控制论观点来看，传统教学方式中存在着下列这样一些问题，因而不是最佳的教学方式。这就是：①控制作用的断续性与反馈联系的偶然性；②教学结果评定的主观性；③师生系统中控制与受控制双方的变动性。为此，必须运用控制论的一般原理及方法，结合教学过程的特点及规律，改革传统教学过程，建立起对教学过程实施全面控制的体系。为要建立起全面控制的教学体系,兰达等认为,首先必须使教学程序化，实施程序教学。这就要求正确地规划教学的结果，按掌握教学内容的心理活动的动作、操作来安排教学的进程。其次，在教学过程中必须建立起良好的反馈联系，以便及时发现和纠正一切背离正常掌握过程的种种倾向。塔雷金娜提出，实施控制式教学，必须解决下列问题：①解决一般控制理论提出的教学理论问题；②确定控制的目的（教学目的）；③确定学习心理活动的原初状态；④确定基本的掌握程序；⑤明确教学中的反馈联系的含义；⑥正确处理学习过程的调节。这些问题能否妥善解决，对控制教学的效果具有重大影响。这是实施控制式教学的一些原则问题。
