大方岳第大方岳第,明代建筑,位于月湖东岸镇明路广济街口。大方岳第为明代贵州布政使张渊之故居,建于嘉靖年间(l522-1566年),原第宅之附近并建有坊,即称“大方岳第”,又称“张方岳第”。该宅是以南北为纵轴线,主要由台门,大厅、中厅、后楼三进木构建筑及左右围墙组成,总占地面积约为1200平方米。现存建筑的大厅、中厅为明代原物,后进为后人所建。第一进大厅为单檐硬山式,面宽五间二弄,分别为明间、次间、梢间和边弄。明间为抬梁式用九檩,梁架用材甚大,门墩童柱截面均呈方形,后檐为青砖墙起砌,中间有门与后进相连,整个大厅除脊檩瓜柱与脊之间采用顶头拱承托外,其余均无斗拱构件,梁柱无收分卷杀,风格庄重、朴实。第二进中堂为单檐硬山式,五开间,屋身甚高,梁架为穿斗式,用九檩八柱(前有双步梁),前檐柱为方形,其余为圆鼓形柱础。隔墙上部分芦草拌黄泥石灰,为原物,该进装饰较前进更精,梁架加工细腻;第三进后楼建筑年代较晚为重檐硬山顶,面宽五开间,有明间、梢间、次间、梁架穿斗式用七柱。大方岳第是研究明代住宅的一份实物资料。
