链亲和素分子式：CAS号：性质：又称链霉抗生物素蛋白。是由链霉菌Streptomyces avidinii中提取的分子量60000的蛋白质，能和aridin(亲和素，抗生物素蛋白)一样与生物素(biotin)专一地结合。链亲和素可结合碱性磷酸酯酶或过氧化物酶。在与标记有生物素的寡核苷酸探针结合后，可通过所携带的酶与显色底物作用后在条带(斑点)位置上呈显色反应而可筛出目的基因(DNA片段)所在位置。
