供热系统供热系统heating supply systemgongre xltong供热系统(heating supply system)热电厂向热力用户提供蒸汽或热水并回收其返回水的设备和厂内管道连接系统。供热系统和供热机组的型式和出力应根据热负荷的性质、容量和供热距离来确定。热负荷有工业负荷和生活、采暖与空调负荷两种。经常变化的热负荷,采用可调整抽汽式汽轮机供热;相对稳定的热负荷,可采用背压式汽轮机配合可调整抽汽式汽轮机供热。为保证供热的可靠性,装有可调整抽汽式汽轮机或背压式汽轮机的热电厂,须根据供热蒸汽参数设置减压减温装置,作为备用热源。热电厂供热根据载热介质主要有蒸汽供热和热水供热两种类型。蒸汽供热一般根据热力用户对参数和数量的要求,由调整抽汽式汽轮机的抽汽或背压式汽轮机的排汽直接供给用户使用.此时,供热蒸汽为电厂工质,因此希望供热燕汽的凝结水能全部回收。一般情况下,热电厂设有回收凝结水的水箱,将凝结水集中后经过大气式除氧器加热除氧,再送回电厂热力系统。但在实际应用中,由于热力用户的生产特点不同,当采用蒸汽作为工厂生产用的直接加热介质时,供热蒸汽被全部消耗,不能回收;即使用蒸汽间接加热,凝结水也可能受到污染,使部分或全部凝结水不能回收。所以蒸汽供热凝结水回收率较低。为提高凝结水回收率,可要求热力用户设专用的热交换设备,这样可以降低热电厂水处理设备的容量,有利于提高运行经济性.热水供热向用户供应热水,通常是在热电厂内装设汽一水热交换器,用抽汽式汽轮机的调节抽汽作为加热汽源。对用热水采暖的热力用户,通常在热电厂内装设两级申联的热网加热器,分别用双抽汽式汽轮机的高、低压抽汽作为加热汽源。用低压抽汽的加热器称基本热网加热器;用高压抽汽的加热器称尖峰热网加热器.采暖季节先投入基本热网加热器,在严寒期内再投人尖峰热网加热器。闭式热水热网通常采用调节汽轮机的抽汽参数和抽汽量来控制热网加热器的供水温度。热网水通过热网水泵升压和热网加热器升温,在系统中循环,连续向热用户供热。热网加热器加热蒸汽的凝结水直接回收送回电厂的热力系统。为保证热水热网的水质良好以延长管道和设备的使用寿命、提高热交换效率、减少维修工作量,闭式热水热网的补充水须采用除过氧的化学软化水和锅炉排污水。只有在上述水量不足以补充热水热网水量损失的情况下,才允许补充少量生水。当补充水压力低于热水热网的压力时,需加设热网补给水泵。这样的大型集中热网供热.由于其需要庞大的热力管网,投资大,时间长等缺点,目前有改为小型分散热电联产供热的趋势,并且还将发展“热、电、冷三联产”和“全能量系统”。(见热电联产电厂)
