热网热网heat network网。热源通过主干热网翰送载热介质,用户通过分支管道连接于分配热网。主干热网可以是辐射状,也可以呈环状。为防止供热中断,各单独的主干热网之间应相互连通。各分支管道之间应有联络管。当热水网的主干管网很长时,可设里中继泵站。在热网分叉地点常设置地下小室,布置截止阀、调节阀、补偿器等需操作维修的部件。按布工方式分类热网管线可分为地下敷设和架空徽设两大类。在城镇应用得最普遍的是前者,可以采用管沟、集管(例如与通信等其它设施合用)或无沟道的直埋等敷设方式。架空敷设需有专门的支架,主要用于工业企业范围内部和城郊。城镇热力网管道直埋敷设方式同传统的地沟敷设方法相比具有占地少,施工周期短、维护量小、寿命长等诸多优点,很适合城市建设的要求,在我国已得到广泛应用。目前主要采用预制保温管敷设方法,即将钢管、保温材料和保护层在工厂内预制成管段,运到现场直接埋人地下。在管材方面除了传统的高密度聚乙烯外壳和聚氛醛保温层仍然广泛使用外,以玻璃钢为外壳的管材也得到普及。聚异氛脉酸醋以及其他材料也用到保温结构上。进人九十年代以来,蒸汽(t毛300C,户(1.3 MPa)管道采用直埋方式逐渐增多。据统计,到1997年我国累计已敷设长度数百公里,最大管径为700 mm,目前正在总结经验中。rewong热网(heat network)集中供热条件下用于输送和分配载热介质(燕汽或热水)的管道系统。热网可按载热介质、使用功能和布置方式的不同进行分类。按载热介质分类可分为蒸汽热网和热水热网。选定载热介质的原则为:①当用户主要生产工艺需要蒸汽供热时,应采用燕汽供热介质;②当多数用户生产工艺需要热水介质,少数用户可由热水介质转化为蒸汽介质,经技术经济比较合理时,宜采用热水供热介质;③单纯对民用建筑物供采暖通风,空调及生活热水的热负荷,应采用热水供热介质;④当用户主要生产工艺必须采用蒸汽供热,同时又供大量的民用建筑采暇通风、空调及生活热水热负荷时,应采用燕汽和热水两种供热介质。当仅供少量的采暖通风、空调热负荷时,经技术经济比较合理时,可采用蒸汽一种介质供热。蒸汽热网蒸汽管径大,压降损失大,热损失大,凝结水回收率低,供热距离不能太大.中国目前推荐的汽网压降值为每km压降0.098~0.118 MPa,经济合理供热半径为3一skm。而世界上汽网供热半径也有远到15km的.热水热网热损失较小,每公里温降约IC左右,供热距离可允许较长,供热半径一般控制在10km以内。实际供热距离与热水温度有关.目前一般中小城市热网供水温度95~130℃,大城市供水温度达150C。据资料介绍,前苏联和西欧一些国家提出将供水温度提高到180~240’C,热水网输送距离可达30一40km。核热电站供热管道的经济输送距离,甚至可超过100 km。按使用功能分类热网可分为主干热网和分配热
