电阻应变测量装置用电阻应变计测量工程构件表面应变的装置,一般包括调制应变信号的电桥,放大微弱的调制电信号、鉴别正负极性和滤波的电阻应变仪,以及平衡指示器(静态)或记录器(动态)三部分。按照不同测量要求和不同应变测量频率,电阻应变仪一般分为静态、静动态、动态、超动态和具有其他特殊功能等五种类型。静态和动态电阻应变仪由测量(电)桥、载频振荡器、放大器、相敏检波器、低通滤波器和稳压电源等单元所组成(见图)。载频振荡器供给电桥一种比应变最高频率高5~10倍(约50~20000赫)的载波信号,将应变信号调制成调幅波,经过交流放大器高增益放大,再由相敏检波器分辨应变信号的正负极性,送至平衡指示器显示静态读数,或经过低通滤波器滤掉应变信号的残余载波成分,然后由记录器将动态应变波形记录下来。静态和静动态电阻应变仪又有人工手动平衡读数和多点自动切换、数字显示两类。工程上常见的数千赫以下动态应变,可用普通的多通道动态电阻应变仪进行测量。爆炸、冲击波等数十至数十万赫的瞬态应变,则必须采用超动态电阻应变仪进行测量。60年代以来,随着电子技术的发展,出现了直流式动态应变仪和电阻、电容都能自动平衡或自动抵偿的动态应变仪,以及各种形式的具备特殊功能的数字式静态应变仪。它们具有存储信息、实时修正测量数据、分析运算以及数字显示、自动打印等功能,还能与微处理机或电子计算机联用,进行工程机械的实时在线测量与控制。进行动态应变测量或采用传感器进行动态参量测量,必须选用合适的记录器,以记录动态波形图。在应变测量中常用的记录器有:①描笔式记录仪,包括笔式自动记录仪和自动平衡式记录仪(有自动平衡记录仪和X-Y)函数记录仪两种);②光线示波器;③磁带记录器;④阴极射线电子示波器。现代大型结构的强度实验往往要求有数百至数千个测点。因此,大量测量数据的采集和处理的工作十分繁重。用人工分析处理,精度和效率都较低。专用分析仪器进行某些特定参量的分析,但是功能少,通用性差。以微处理机或电子计算机为核心的实时在线的测量与控制的联机系统,是应变测试技术的发展方向。
