全天麻胶囊【通用名称】全天麻胶囊【其他名称】全天麻胶囊 全天麻胶囊 拼音名：Quantianma Jiaonang 英文名： 书页号：2000年版一部-453 本品为天麻经加工成细粉制成的胶囊剂。 【性状】 本品为胶囊剂，内容物为黄白色至黄棕色的细粉；气微，味甘。 【鉴别】 (1)取本品内容物，置显微镜下观察：厚壁细胞椭圆形或类多角形,直径 70～180μm,壁厚约3～8μm,木化，纹孔明显，草酸钙针晶成束或散在，长25～93μm； 螺纹、网纹及环纹导管直径8～30μm。用醋酸甘油装片，置显微镱下观察：含糊化多糖 类物的薄壁细胞无色，有的细胞可见长卵形、长椭圆形或类圆形颗粒，遇碘液显棕色或 淡棕紫色。 (2)取天麻对照药材0.5g，加甲醇15ml，加热回流30分钟，放冷，滤过，滤液浓缩至 3ml，作为对照药材溶液。照薄层色谱法(附录Ⅵ Ｂ)试验，吸取上述对照药材溶液及[ 含量测定]项下的供试品溶液及对照品溶液各5μl，分别点于同一硅胶G薄层板上，以醋酸 乙酯-甲醇-水(9:1:0.2)为展开剂，展开，取出，晾干，喷以10％磷钼酸乙醇溶液,105℃ 加热至显色。供试品色谱中，在与对照品及对照药材色谱相应位置上，显相同颜色的斑点。 【检查】 水分 不得过12.0％(附录Ⅸ H)。 淀粉粒 取本品内容物，置显微镜下观察，不得有淀粉粒。 其他 应符合胶囊剂项下有关的各项规定(附录Ｉ L)。 【含量测定】 照高效液相色谱法(附录Ⅵ D)测定。 色谱条件与系统适用性试验 用十八烷基硅烷健合硅胶为填充剂；甲醇－磷酸盐溶液 (0.1mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液和0.1mol/L磷酸氢二钠溶液等量混合)－水(10:3:87)为流动相； 检测波长为270nm。理论板数按天麻素峰计算应不低于1500。 对照品溶液的制备 精密称取经80℃干燥1小时后的天麻素对照品25mg，置50ml量瓶中, 加甲醇溶解并稀释至刻度，摇匀，即得（每1ml中含天麻素0.5mg）。 供试品溶液的制备 取本品装量差异项下的内容物，混匀，取0.5g,精密称定，置10ml 量瓶中,精密加甲醇5ml，称定重量,超声处理30分钟后，静置24小时，振摇，再超声处理2小 时,再称定重量，放冷，加甲醇补足减失的重量，摇匀，取适量离心，取上清液，即得。 测定法 分别精密吸取对照品溶液与供试品溶液各5μl，注入液相色谱仪，测定，即得。 本品每粒含天麻以天麻素(C13H18O7)计，不得少于1.0mg。 【功能与主治】 平肝，息风，止痉。用于头痛眩晕,肢体麻木,癫痫抽搐。 【用法与用量】 口服，一次2～6粒，每日3次。 【规格】 每粒装0.5g 【贮藏】 密封。
