给水系统给水系统feed-water systemJ一shu.x}tong给水系统(feed一water system)除筑器给水箱中的给水经给水泵升压并经过高压加热器加热后送到锅炉省煤器进口的管道系统。给水系统除主给水管外，并设有分支管路接向有关减温器和由给水泵出口送回除氧器给水箱的给水再循环管。在机组起动和低负荷运行时，给水再循环用来防止给水泵产生汽蚀。给水再循环流t由装在再循环管道上的最小流量阀进行调节，并由装在给水管道上的流量计的最小流量信号控制。高压加热器需设置旁路，可以采用数台高压加热器一个大旁路，也可采用一台高加一个旁路的小旁路系统，前者阀门少，系统简单，但要求锅炉允许高加全部解列后低温给水进人。火电厂常用的给水系统有母管制、切换母管制和单元制等几种类型。母管制系统将可联在一起的除氧器给水箱都联接到低压母管，各台给水泵亦从低压母管吸水。给水泵出口侧设有冷压力母管经过高压加热器接到锅炉侧热压力母管，再分别接到各台锅炉。备用给水泵接在低压母管和冷压力母管的两个分段阀门之间。冷压力母管和热压力母管之间，通常还装设不经过高压加热器的“冷供管”，在高压加热器因故障退出运行或机组起动时可以通过冷供管向锅炉送水。母管制给水系统有利于系统中设备统一调度和负荷的经济分配，有较好的可靠性和灵活性，但系统比较复杂，管材消耗和阀门数量较多，在机、炉容量和给水泵容量相互不匹配的中小型凝汽式电厂和供热式电厂中常采用这种系统。切换母管制系统带有切换功能的母管制系统。低压母管采用单母管分段，每台给水泵、汽轮机和锅炉组成一个单元，给水泵出口侧与母管相连处，有三个切换阀门成Y形连接，通过切换阀门可以根据运行需要按单元制或母管制运行.锅炉侧一般不设高压母管。备用给水泵装在低压母管和冷压力母管之间，作为公共备用。切换母管制给水系统兼有母管制和单元制系统的特点，多用于高压凝汽式电厂。单元制系统单元机组之间互不联系的给水系统。每个单元的工作给水泵和备用给水泵通过吸水侧母管从给水箱吸水，经高压加热器送到锅炉省煤器进口。主要特点是系统简单，管道短捷，阀门和管件较少，压力损失小，便于单元机组机炉之间的协调控制，有利于主厂房的设备布置。因单元之间不能交叉运行.每个单元都必须有备用给水泵，所以全厂给水泵总容t较大。这种系统多用于大容量中间再热式机组。
