井巷施工排水井巷施工排水drainage of shaft constructionj}ngxlang shlgong Palshui井巷施工排水(drainage of shaft construc-tion)井巷施工期间排除涌水和废水的作业过程。井巷施工时,大气降水、地表水、坑道涌水、疏干水、施工用水等涌入巷道,构成矿井涌水。为确保井巷施工的正常进行,防止矿山水灾,应按井巷施工排水的特点,采用不同的排水方法,选用适当的排水设备。排水特点井巷掘进往往穿过不同涌水量的含水层,其涌水量经常发生变化,因而需要逐渐增加和适当改变排水设备的扬程和排水量,掘进工作面经常进行爆破及混凝土支护等作业,而使工作面积水含有大量泥沙,因而其排水设备需能耐磨;当工作面涌水含酸或碱量较高时,排水设备还应具备抗腐蚀性能。排水设备应结构轻巧,便于移动。由于井底水窝蓄水能力有限,水泵启动频繁,需对水泵加装旁路回水管,以减少启动次数。井下施工湿度较大,需选用防潮防水的专用电器设备。井巷断面有限,吊挂设备较多,提升、运输作业频繁,故排水设备的横断面尺寸不宜太大。排水方法常规的排水方法有:竖(斜)井施工排水方法、竖(斜)井转平巷阶段排水方法和并巷、井底车场及其他巷道排水方法。当涌水量超过40m“/h,且含水层较厚时,应先采用注浆封水等措施(见竖井据进)降低涌水量,然后再用常规方法进行排水。竖(斜)井施工排水方法通常采用提升容器排水、离水式水泵排水、钻孔泄水、喷射泵排水和气升泵排水等。(1)提升容器排水。竖井施工的提升容器主要是吊桶。斜井施工的提升容器主要是箕斗或矿车。在工作面向提升容器装岩(石碴)同时,用电动或风动潜水泵将工作面的积水排入提升容器,以填满石碴间的空隙,并用提升机将提升容器提至地面,将积水随石碴一起排出。这种方法用于工作面涌水量不大于15m3/h时。(2)离心水泵排水。按竖(斜)井的垂直深度不同,有单段离心水泵排水和两(多)段离心水泵排水。单段离心水泵排水可用于井的垂直深度不超过一台水泵扬程的场合,用水泵(吊式和卧式离心水泵)直接将工作面(井底水窝、井下水仓)的积水经排水管排至地面。对于水量较大,扬程较高,井深不大于750m的竖井,吊泵及排水管用钢丝绳悬吊在井架上,根据施工需要可上提或下放,吊泵一般位于工作面上方4~6m,放炮作业时再提离工作面20一25m。对于垂直深度不大于15om的斜井。卧式水泵安设在特制的平车上沿轨道升降,当巷道断面较小时也可采用小型卧式水泵安放在巷道一侧的平台上。
