静电喷涂分子式：CAS号：性质：涂料喷涂施工中的一种特殊方法。在直流高压电形成的静电场作用下，使涂料微粒和被涂物带有相反的电荷，从而使涂料微粒沉积在被涂物表面，形成均匀的涂膜。静电喷枪的枪头接负极，被涂物接正极。常用的电压是40～100kV，功率消耗200W左右。有旋杯式静电喷涂和旋盘式静电喷涂。静电喷涂的优点是涂膜均匀，质量好，易实现机械化、自动化，同时降低了涂料飞散的损失，提高了涂料利用率，改善了施工条件，减少对环境的污染。
