骨水泥分子式:CAS号:性质:用于骨科手术中的骨折固定、全膝及其他关节置换、人工关节固定、骨肿瘤刮除后的填塞等用途的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯类高分子材料。为粉状与液态两包装,粉末为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯及甲基丙烯酸甲酯-苯乙烯(或丙烯酸丁酯)共聚物,含少量的过氧化苯甲酰引发剂,液体为甲基丙烯酸甲酯单体,少量的氢醌,N,N′-二甲基对甲苯胺等。使用时将粉液混合,迅速搅拌,未固化前塞人髓腔,5~10min固化,能将人工关节的长柄固定于骨髓腔中,固化系放热反应,应避免周围组织热切;死,而且一些未参与聚合的单体亦会引起患者的生理反应,如血压下降心跳放慢等,注意减少单体用量。
