尾矿库尾矿库tailings impoundment库容大小、坝的高低和可能对下游造成的危害程度划分为不同的等别。等别越高，其防洪标准及构筑物的安全度要求也越高。管理制定管理细则，对放矿、筑坝、库水位控制、防汛、防震、环保以及构筑物进行监测维护，严防发生事故和灾害，确保尾矿库的安全运行。welkuongku尾矿库(tailings irnpoundment)堆存尾矿和澄清尾矿水的专用场地，通常由围护构筑物即尾矿坝(初期主、副坝及后期尾矿堆坝等)和排水构筑物(排水井、管、斜槽及隧洞等)组成。布置尾矿库的构筑物时，应在满足库容要求的前提下，将初期坝选在坝长最短，坝体工程量最小，坝基工程地质条件较好的地段;排水构筑物进水口的位置选在能满足澄清距离和防洪安全要求的合适地点。为减少建设尾矿库同占用土地的矛盾，尾矿库有向高堆坝方向发展的趋势。(参见彩图插页第19页)类型根据库址地形特征可分为山谷型、傍山型、河谷型和平地型四种类型。(1)山谷型是在山谷谷口段修筑主坝(有时还需在山埂口处修筑副坝)形成的尾矿库。其特点是:坝的长度短，工程量小，可堆积高度高;澄清距离较长，排水系统较易布置，维护管理简便。但汇水面积较大时，排洪构筑物的工程费用也随之增高。(2)傍山型是依傍山坡多面围坝形成的尾矿库。其特点是:汇水面积小，排水构筑物工程量小。但澄清距离较短，调洪库容小，坝体较长，筑坝工程量及维护管理工作量大。(3)河谷型是截取一段河谷，在其上、下游各建拦河坝形成的尾矿库。其特点是:不占或少占农田。但库内外均需设排水构筑物，且上游汇水面积常较大，工程费用高，维护瞥理复杂。(4)平地型是在平地上四面围坝形成的尾矿库。其特点基本上与傍山型相同，但筑坝长度更长，坝前沉积滩内细粒含量较多，坝体质量不佳，可堆积高度不高。此种尾矿库仅在无其他类型可选时采用。选址为保护环境，减少建设费用和有利于生产，尾矿库的库址应尽量选在工业企业、大型水源地、水产基地、大居民区和重要名胜古迹的下游，大居民区及厂区最大频率风向的下风侧和避开有开采价值的矿床上部地带。此外，还应力求选择不占或少占农田，不迁或少迁居民，汇水面积小，筑坝工程量小，尾矿输送距离短，可自流或扬程小以及工程水文地质条件较好的场地。库容尾矿库库容可分为有效库容和全库容。有效库容指某一坝顶标高时尾矿沉积滩面以下的库容，即能容纳尾矿的容积，用于计算尾矿库的服务年限及尾矿逐年上升的高度;全库容指某一坝顶标高水平面以下的库容，系有效库容、蓄水库容、调洪库容和安全储备库容之和，用于确定尾矿库的等别。尾矿库按其全
