浸酸皮分子式：CAS号：性质：指处于浸酸过程中及已完成浸酸操作而尚未鞣制的皮。浸酸后的裸皮白净。粒面稍感发涩，皮呈消肿状态，臀部切口呈乳白色，皮的pH值约为2.2～3.2，浸酸的程度可用溴甲酚绿指示剂滴于皮臀部切口检验，以中层呈蓝色、两边层呈绿色为宜。浸酸皮不可接触清水，以免发生酸肿。
