成本加酬金承包成本加酬金承包[成本加酬金承包】即按成本取费合同，这是承包人要发包人偿付工程实际成本加一定酬金的合同。其中酬金由管理费、利润及奖金组成。酬金按实际成本一定百分率计算的，称为成本加按百分率确定酬金的合同;酬金按一笔固定数额偿付的，称成本加固定酬金合同等。成本加酬金合同适用于施工条件不正常的情况。在一些扩建工程、修复工程、灾后清理及恢复工程，或发生市场因素难以预测的情况，为了及时迅速地开工，用实际成本加酬金最为合适。某些具有新技术性质的企业，也要求采取这种合同。对施工承包企业，这种合同可以确保企业的利润。成本加酬金合同有以下几种形式:1.成本加固定百分比酬金。按成本加约定的酬金百分比结算总价。这种承包方式往往难于鼓励承包单位节约成本，由此导致总价难于控制的局面。为了控制成本，发包者常采取以下补救措施:(l)指定承包企业，使承包企业的代表参加发包方共同管，以求承发包双方利益的一致性。(2)在协议中列出“会计公开”的条款，以便发包人员参与审查实际成本。(3)加强发包单位咨询力量、检查力虽和信息的交流，以便在情况发生异常时及时作出选择。2.成本加固定酬金。成本按实际计算，酬金是一笔商定的总额。这种承包方式不利于承包单位为降低成本而作出努力。3.成本加浮动酬金。酬金浮动一般按一定比例，随着成本递增，成本酬金比逐步递减。4.目标成本加奖惩。目标成本由双方协商确定，按商定的百分比计取目标成本的酬金，实际成本低于目标成本时，降低成本按商定的百分比计奖，原目标酬金不变;超过目标成本时，按同一百分比计罚，原酬金则不能保证。此外还有工期的奖罚合同，适应建设单位对工期特殊要求，提前工期或延长工期按商定的办法奖罚。
