高镍锍选择性浸出法高镍锍选择性浸出法selective leaching method of high nickel matte高镍毓中一穷一斗聋干音穿 星翌垦堡二塑:里里垦丝高镍硫选择性浸出原则流程出、氯化浸出和氨性溶液浸出(见图)。这种方法是20世纪60年代以后发展起来的,由于将金属的分离和精炼紧密结合,从而简化了流程,并有利于环境保护,因而是一种很有发展前途的高镍毓处理方法。硫酸选择性浸出通常采用常压和加压相结合的浸出方法。从高镍毓到产出金属镍一般经过碎磨、浸出、净化、电解沉积或加压氢还原等过程。浸出过程中,高镍毓内的镍、钻生成可溶性硫酸盐进入溶液,铜、铁、贵金属则留在浸渣中。由于浸出液中铜、铁等杂质含量很低,因而浸出液的净化比较简单,可以采用化学沉淀法(见沉淀)或溶剂革取法净化。净化后的硫酸镍溶液采用电解沉积法生产电镍或采用加压氢气还原法生产镍粉‘此法对物料中的铜、硫含量有一定要求,因为在热压浸出阶段必须有足够的铜离子与硫化镍进行交互反应,才能使镍梳中的镍完全浸出进入溶液勺芬兰奥托昆普公司(Outokumpu Oy)哈贾伐尔塔(Harjavalta)冶炼厂是最早采用硫酸选择性浸出法处理高镍铣的工厂,该法于1960年用于生产,1981年对浸出系统进行了改造,形成三段常压浸出和一段加压浸出流程。浸出液采用三价氢氧化镍除钻,净化后的硫酸镍溶液送电解沉积生产高质量的阴极镍。此法流程简单,金属直收率高,但能耗较大。中国曾试用硫酸选择性浸出法处理金川有色金属公司产出的高镍毓,1984年完成了半工业试验。氯化浸出以盐酸或氯气为浸出剂使高镍毓中的镍、钻和一部分铜等有价金属呈氯化物形态溶解进入溶液,大部分铜和贵金属留在浸出渣中。从高镍钵到制得金属镍一船多讨碎磨、得出、净化、电解沉积或加压氢还原等过程。氯化浸出的特点是反应速度快,氯化物溶解度大,在电解沉积阴极镍时可以采用高电流密度,生产能力大。加拿大鹰桥镍矿业公司(F alcon-brid罗Niekel Mines Ltd.)的克里斯蒂安松(Kristiansand)镍精炼厂是最早采用氯化浸出的工厂,1968年该方法投产,先采用盐酸浸出,1977年改用氯气浸出。此法流程简短,可在常温、常压下进行,对物料的适应性强,但需用耐腐蚀设备。中国也曾试用氯气选择性浸出法处理金川有色金属公司产出的高镍毓,1991年完成了扩大试验,浸出渣含镍低于3%。氨性溶液浸出澳大利亚西部矿业有限公司(western Mini雌Corp.Ltd)的克维纳纳(Kwinana)镍精炼厂是世界上惟一采用加压氨性溶液浸出法处理高镍毓的工厂,该厂于1967年采用这种方法生产。
