粗粉分离器粗粉分离器classifier有其它分离方式.粗粉分离器的性能对制粉系统的性能影响极大，一个好的粗粉分离器应有较小的阻力、高的煤粉细度改善指数和高的煤粉均匀性改善指数，并且要性能稳定和耐用。常用的粗粉分离器有离心式、回转式、组合式和惯性分离器等几种。离心式粗粉分离器径向离心式粗粉分离器结构会被叶片撞击失去动能而分离出来。通过改变转子转速可调节煤粉细度。这种分离器尺寸紧凑、阻力小、煤如图1所示。从磨煤机出来的煤粉和干燥剂的混合气流，垂直向上经进口管进人分离器外锥，由于通道截面扩大，流速降低，部分粗煤粉因重力作用被分离出来;气流由外锥流向叶片及由叶片流向出口管时，气流转向产生惯性力，起再次分离作用;气流进人内锥通过叶片的引导产生旋转运动，粗煤粉因离心力继续被分离出来。运行中可通过改变叶圆锥体粉细度调节灵敏。但由于存在转动部件，增加了维护量和故障率。组合式粗粉分离器 回转式和离心式的组合，如图3(b)所示，是近年来发展起来的。气流从进人静止叶片前开始拐弯，一直到气流离开出口之前又通过回转叶片，得到进一步的旋转，分离路程较长，分离效果得到加强，煤粉均┌─┬──┬─┬─┐┌───┐│口│产户│袱│口││声幸、│├─┴──┼─┴─┤├───┤│、} │.1││口【曰│└────┴───┘└───┘回粉管图2轴向式粗粉分离器 (a)单轴向式;(b)串联双轴向式图1径向离心式粗粉分离器片角度，增加或降低气流旋转强度来调节煤粉细度.继匀性改善较大。而且可以获得极细(R90达5%)的煤粉，这在利用燃烧措施降低NO二中减少飞灰未燃损失是有利的。惯性粗粉分离器分单流道和双流道两种，如图4所示.它是装于风扇磨煤机上，借助调节挡板使气流径向离心式粗粉分离器之后开发出了轴向叶片粗粉分离器，如图2(a)所示。叶片t于内、外锥之间，由于气流旋转提前，延长了煤粉顺粒的分离路程，分离效果加强。同时由于气流路线的改变及进出口管径的扩大，使分离器阻力降低。
