逆变电路逆变电路invertedcircuit将直流电能变换为交流电能的变换电路。在用电设备对电源质量和参数有特殊要求的场合,用于构成交流电源以代替公共电网。历史上,曾有过电动机-发电机组和离子器件构成的逆变电路。但由于它们的技术经济指标均不如用电力电子器件(如晶闸管等)组成的逆变电路,因而已经或正在被后者所取代。晶闸管组成的逆变电路多为桥式电路,其各臂由理想开关T1~T4组成。它们的开关状态由加于其控制极的电压信号决定。当桥中各臂以频率f(由控制极电压信号重复频率决定)轮番通断时,输出电压即成交变方波。在电路中,控制信号频率可决定出端频率,改变直流电源的电压可改变输出基波的幅值,从而实现逆变的目的。为满足不同用电设备对交流电源性能参数的不同要求,已开发出多种逆变电路,大致分类如下:①按输出电能去向,分输出电能不返回公共交流电网的有源逆变电路和输出电能直接输向用电设备的无源逆变电路。②按直流电源性质,分由电压型直流电源供电的电压型逆变电路和由电流型直流电源供电的电流型逆变电路。③按主电路的器件,分由具有自关断能力的全控型器件组成的全控型逆变电路和由无关断能力的半控型器件(如普通晶闸管)组成的半控型逆变电路。④按电流波形,分正弦逆变电路和非正弦逆变电路。前者开关器件中的电流为正弦波,其开关损耗小,宜工作于较高频率;后者开关器件电流为非正弦波,其开关损耗较大,工作频率较低。⑤按输出相数,分单相逆变电路和多相逆变电路。
