构象分子式：CAS号：性质：在有机化合物分子中，由C—C单键旋转而产生的原子或基团在空间排列的无数特定的形象称为构象，这种由C—C单键旋转而产生的异构体称为旋转异构体或构象异构体。如1,2-二氯乙烷，当C—C单键旋转时，可以有无数个构象异构体，极限构象有顺叠、顺错、反错和反叠等。在顺叠构象中，两个碳上连接的氯原子和氢原子之间相距最近，产生强排斥作用，内能最高，属该分子最不稳定的构象；在反叠构象中，氯原子和氢原子之间相距最远，相互间排斥力最小，内能最低，是该分子最稳定的构象。顺错和反错构象的稳定性介于这两种构象之间，它们的稳定性次序为：反叠>顺错>反错>顺叠。分子的各种构象异构体并不是平均分布的，在室温下总是以其最稳定的构象为主要的存在形式即为优势构象，如果偏离优势构象就会产生扭转张力。相邻碳原子上较优基团(或原子)之间的角度称扭转角(torsion angle，又称两面角)，各种极限构象和扭转角的关系见图所示(图暂缺)。各种构象异构体之间相互转化，必须克服由扭转张力产生的能，一般在12～20kJ·mol-1之间。在室温下分子碰撞可产生84kJ·mol-1能量，所以，难以在室温下分离这些构象异构体。
