离心干燥器分子式：CAS号：性质：又称离心床干燥器。利用离心力除去附着在充填状或堆积状湿粉粒体表面上液体的操作称为离心干燥。一种新型对流传热型流化床干燥器。它是使湿物料在离心力场中进行流态化干燥的设备。干燥器主体是钻有筛孔的转鼓，转鼓内壁铺一层不锈钢丝网。当转鼓以一定速度回转时，由于离心力的作用，物料均匀地分布在丝网上，干燥气体沿垂直于转鼓轴线方向吹入转鼓内，气速高到一定值，床层就悬浮起来形成流化床。离心干燥器分卧式和立式两类，作用相同，立式结构气固分离效果好。离心干燥主要用于分离结晶和母液，除去纤维制品中的水分。离心干燥的控制因素是受离心力和黏性阻力影响的附着在粉粒体表面的液体流过粉粒体表面的膜流动现象。而离心过滤的控制因素则是被液体充满的粉粒体空隙内的流动现象，所以两者的机理不同。离心干燥时，强大的离心力使得毛细管上升现象消失。粒径过小的物料不宜采用离心干燥，一般粒径应在0.1mm以上。
