2.free talk:
1)复习上节课所学的节日名称
3) 通过询问what’s your favourite holiday?
my favourite holiday is ...
when’s …? it’s in / on … 复习所学句型
3、a guessing game: 英文逐句出示相关节日的描述，让学生在出示的过程中猜出节日，并上台在电脑上输入节日名称（多媒体出示）
4、复习c部分重点句型

a: did you … last …?
b: yes, i did./ no, i didn’t.
step 2. class procedure:
一．part a 引言部分
1) 播放video
2) 听文章序言部分，设计几个以"w""h"的简单的问题。
what date is it?
what festival is coming?
how are the teachers and the students?
what is mr green doing?
3) check the answers and read the answers together.（答案就是引言部分）
二.课文：
把课文分成两部分，前半段设计了不定项选择题，后半段设计为填表格，以看动画，听录音，做练习的方法进行，因为难度较大，所以听的遍数可适当多点，接下来是校对学生的答案，然后以多种方式进行朗读练习，完成书上的小练习。
