（4）语法功能：能够就某一问题给出建议，并使用连词because ,so,but写出原因和说明。

teaching steps:
step1：warming-up
ｔ：we all know well about our hometown. can you talk about the weather of four seasons in our hometown? what’s the weather like in spring, summer, autumn and winter in our hometown?
ss: work in pairs to talk about the weather about our hometown.
step2：in put

t: show some pictures about three cities in america (washington d.c, new york, los angeles), ask them if they know the names of the city and the seasons of the city.
ss:work in groups to talk about the pictures.

t: the best time to visit america depends which part of america you are going to visit. read the passage and find out :how many places in america are mentioned in the passage? what are they?
ss: read the passage quickly and circle the names of the cities.
