丙烯酸树脂乳液分子式：CAS号：性质：以丙烯酸酯(主要是丙烯酸甲酯、乙酯和丁酯，甲基丙烯酸甲酯和正丁酯)为主要原料的高分子量、低黏度乳状液体树脂。一般为多元共聚物。固体含量20％～50％。按分子链结构可分为：线性共聚物乳液；含官能基(羟基、羧基和氨基等)共聚物乳液；自交联或外交联共聚物乳液。成膜具有光亮、柔韧、黏结性强、耐水和耐候等特点。通过单体的选择和配比变化，可调节共聚物的性能和成膜的软硬度(软性、中硬性和硬性)，以满足不同的用途要求。由丙烯酸酯、共聚单体(可为另一种丙烯酸酯或其他含双键的单体)、乳化剂、引发剂等经乳液共聚制取。用途广泛，用于织物，可作上浆料、粘接剂和增稠剂等；用于皮革，可作涂饰剂、黏结剂、光亮剂、鞣剂和填充剂等；也用作纸张和木材处理剂、建筑涂料、乳胶漆和树脂砂浆等。
