恙虫病恙虫病tsutsugamushidisease由恙虫病立克次氏体(东方立克次氏体)引起的急性自然疫源性传染病。又称丛林斑疹伤寒。由恙虫幼虫叮咬传播。潜伏期4~21日。有寒战、高热、剧烈头痛、全身酸痛、眼结膜充血;严重者有谵妄、昏迷等神经系统症状,并在恙虫叮咬处有焦痂及溃疡,也可出现皮疹及脾肿大。诊断依据流行季节(夏秋季)、到过流行地区及典型临床表现。确诊依靠变形杆菌OXk凝集反应或血清补体结合反应及病原分离。四环素及氯霉素有特效。预防采用以灭鼠及灭恙虫为中心的综合措施。
