对外加工装配贸易价格对外加工装配贸易价格用成品出口的货款来偿付来料来件的款项，避免承接方垫付外汇。原料价款采用远期支付方式，而成品价款则即期支付，因此必须注意付款的期限，加工周期和成品收款日期的衔接，并留有余地，以确保先收后付，对己有利。2.来料不计价，成品出口时单收加工费。即来料时，外商把单据直接寄给公司或生产企业，不索汇，待成品出口时，承接方以托收方式收取加工费或对方开来信用证，支付加工费。3.来料和成品出口单据都不经过银行办理结算。由加工方用汇付方式预付加工缴费，即用信汇、电汇或票汇把款直接汇给承接方。上述几种加工费的支付以使用对开信用证的办法为最好。因为开证行必须履行付款义务，对受益人有保障。对外加工装配贸易价格对外加工装配的价格形式是加工费。如何制定加工费，对开展业务关系甚大。如果加工费偏低，加工企业少利、无利甚至亏损，既不能为国家创汇，企业也不能正常经营;如果加工费订得过高，外商望而却步，则又不利于业务的开展。对外加工装配的产品都是进入国际市场的，所以确定加工费标准的依据是国际市场上的加工费用水平，并以外币计费。制定加工费一般采取以下几种方式:①根据对外加工装配的合理费用，加上一定比例的利润，按委托方所在国家、地区或事先确定的币制，折成外币作为加工费。②参照承接方所在国家、地区的同类产品的加工费作价。③参照类似国家或地区的同类产品的加工费作价，一般参照港澳地区加工费用水平作价。④通过加工装配试生产，参照实际费用开支情况，由双方协商确定工缴费。加工费的计算一般有两种办法。一种是来料来件不计价格，只按加工产品的单位数量规定加工费;另一种是来料来件和加工成品分别计价，两个价格的差额就是加工费。由双方规定的这两个价格只是作为计算加工费的参考，并不是确定的国际市场价格。加工费的制定要有竞争力，应略低于委托方所在国家和地区的水平，使国外客户有利可图;又要加强核算，做到加工单位和国家都有利，一般应按加工成本再加适当利润作价。国内同行业应互通情报，统一对外，避免外商择低成交，肥水外流。加工费的计价公式为:加工费一加工成本+加工利润。加工成本包括四项内容，即工资、车间经费、煤水电费、企业管理费。加工盈亏按下列公式计算:加工盈亏一工缴费x外汇牌价一加工成本设装配一台录音机的加工成本为40元，加工费为10元(外币)，外汇牌价5.22元，录音机加工盈亏一5.22x10一40一抢·2兀。
