终端能源需求分析方法终端能源需求分析方法end use energy demand analysis终端能源需求分析方法(end use energyde-mandanalysis)通过分析终端用能部门所需能源服务及终端用能效率预测未来能源需求的一种方法。又称分部门终端能源需求预测方法。该方法将最终能源消费环节划分为若干部门，例如工业部门、农业部门、交通运输部门、服务业部门、居民生活部门等。对每个部门，又依据其生产活动的特点分解为若干子部门或活动方式，部门划分可表现为以下5种形式。①农业:灌溉、耕作、农产品初加工。②工业:工业增加值、典型高耗能工业产品。③交通:货运周转量有铁路、公路、水运、空运、管道;客运周转量有铁路、公路、水运、空运。④服务:服务业增加值。⑤居民生活:城市有炊事〔煤气、煤、电炊)、采暖(集中供热、分散锅炉、小火炉)、电力(照明、家电);农村有炊事〔煤炭、生物质能、气态燃料)、电力(照明、家电)。通过分析每个子部门或活动方式的能源消费特点、能源消费强度的变化规律以及其活动水平的变化趋势，即可预测每个部门未来的最终能源需求量，对所有部门进行综合，即可得到未来国家或地区的终端能源需求及其部门构成。每个部门或子部门的终端能源需求可概括地由其活动水平和能源消费强度两个基本影响要素表示，设E兀，(t)为第i部门对第J种能源产品在t时刻的终端能源需求量，X(t)为第￡部门的活动水平量，氏J(t)为第i部门活动水平相应地对第J种能源的消费强度，那么对第J种能源的最终总需求量EF，(t)可表示为: EF，(才)一习EF*，(才)一艺a，(才)X(，)各部门或分部门的活动水平由人口、国民生产总值、国民经济产业结构、消费模式等多种因素所决定，其相应的能源消费强度则取决于该部门的技术水平。这些参数的确定，均在现有统计数据基础上，参照本国政府部门的发展规划及世界大多数国家在其发展历程中所呈现的共同规律，采用不同的数学方法预测或通过政策想定方案而得。该方法由于部门划分较细，能够根据每个终端用能部门的特点，具体分析每个部门的生产活动水平和节能潜力，是目前在中长期能源需求预测中应用效果最好和应用最广泛的预测方法，多为研究机构和政府规划部门所采用。但其应用比较复杂，所需数据较多，应用的难度和工作量较大，一般为专业工作者采用。终端能源需求分析还有另外一种应用形式，它并不对所有终端能源消费部门全部都进行分析和考虑，而是从居民的最终需求出发，分析未来人民生活水平达到一定标准时，对物质和文化的需求以及相应对能源服务的需求，同时依据对未来能源利用效率和燃料构成的构想，从而预测未来的人均能源消费量，根据人口预测，即可得到未来整个国家或地区能源需求量。利用该方法进行能源需求预测时，着眼于人民的生活水准和居民的物质与文化的最终消费，在一定程度上回避了国民生产总值的增长、产业结构变化等与经济发展相关的诸多复杂因素。该方法比较直观，能够抓住能源需求的实质和决定因素，且便于进行国际比较，对远期能源需求预测是一种比较简单、粗略，但比较实用而且有效的方法。’(何建冲)
