混凝土泵利用压力将混凝土沿管道连续输送的机械。由泵体和输送管组成。按结构形式分为活塞式、挤压式、水压隔膜式。泵体装在汽车底盘上,再装备可伸缩或屈折的布料杆,就组成泵车。(见彩图)活塞式混凝土泵 有液压传动式和机械传动式。液压传动式混凝土泵由料斗、液压缸和活塞、混凝土缸、分配阀、Y形管、冲洗设备、液压系统和动力系统等组成(图1)。液压系统通过压力推动活塞往复运动。活塞后移时吸料,前推时经过Y形管将混凝土缸中的混凝土压入输送管。泵送混凝土结束后,用高压水或压缩空气清洗泵体和输送管。活塞式混凝土泵的排量,取决于混凝土缸的数量和直径、活塞往复运动速度和混凝土缸吸入的容积效率等。挤压式混凝土泵 有转子式双滚轮型、直管式三滚轮型和带式双槽型三种。转子式双滚轮型混凝土泵,由料斗、泵体、挤压胶管、真空系统和动力系统等组成(图2)。泵体密封,泵体内的转子架上装有两个行星滚轮,泵体内壁衬有橡胶垫板,垫板内周装有挤压胶管。动力装置驱动行星滚轮回转,碾压挤压胶管,将管内的混凝土挤入输送管排出。真空系统使泵体内保持一定的真空度,促使挤压胶管碾压后立即恢复原状,并使料斗中的混凝土加快吸入挤压胶管内。挤压式混凝土泵的排量,取决于转子的回转半径和回转速度,挤压胶管的直径和混凝土吸入的容积效率。水压隔膜式混凝土泵 由料斗、泵体、隔膜、控制阀、水泵和水箱等组成(图3)。隔膜在泵体内,当水泵将隔膜下方的水经控制阀抽回水箱时,隔膜下陷,料斗中的混凝土压开单向阀进入泵体;当水泵将水箱中的水经控制阀抽回泵体时,压力水使隔膜升起,关闭单向阀,将混凝土压入输送管排出。混凝土泵的生产率高,能一次完成混凝土的水平和垂直运输,但对混凝土配合比、粗细骨料的粒径和级配、水泥用量、混凝土坍落度有一定要求,方能保证良好的泵送效能。
