非洲农业经济非洲农业经济agricultural economy of Africa非洲农业经济(agrieultural eeonomy ofAfrica)非洲位于东半球西南部，东临印度洋，西濒大西洋，北隔地中海与欧洲相望，东北部界苏伊士运河与亚洲接壤。非洲大陆面积(包括附近岛屿)3 029万平方公里，占世界陆地总面积的1/5。1984年人口5.37亿，占世界人口总数的11.27%，平均每平方公里17.7人。非洲的独立国家在第二次世界大战以前只有3个，至1987年已增加到50多个。非洲农业历史悠久。早在6 000年前，尼罗河流域就兴起了灌溉农业。埃及不仅是古代文明的发源地，而且农业生产也达到了相当的水平，在公元前4 000年，埃及人民建筑了灌溉工程体系，用犁耕代替了锄耕，农业生产发生了飞跃。但是，从15世纪起延续400年的奴隶贩卖，使非洲丧失约1亿人口，并严重妨碍当地正常的社会经济发展进程。19世纪后半叶后，非洲大陆又遭受帝国主义列强的瓜分，沦为殖民地。殖民者公开掠夺非洲人民的土地，将非洲人民驱赶至土地贫瘩的“保留地”，致使农业生产下降和劳动力外流。殖民者在非洲强制推行单一作物制，不仅使非洲农业生产严重依存于国际市场，而且还排挤了粮食生产和畜牧业，导致不少非洲国家粮食自给能力不断下降，从粮食出口国变为粮食进口国。至今，蔓延非洲的严重缺粮问题，其原因之一就是这种畸形经济结构带来的恶果。强迫种植经济作物，也促使农村中商品经济的发展。第二次世界大战后，许多非洲国家获得政治独立，采取种种有力措施，逐步改变社会生产结构，实行多种经营，扩大粮食种植面积，农业生产取得一定的进步。主要农业资源非洲地处热带和亚热带，光照充足，约95%的大陆面积年平均气温在22℃以上，农作物一年可二熟至三熟。除赤道地区雨量丰富外，大部地区气候干燥，年降雨量不足250毫米，撒哈拉沙漠年降水量在125毫米以下。土壤贫瘩，荒漠土占全洲总面积的37%。80年代初，非洲可耕地面积只占总土地面积的6.7%。在可耕地中，约有一半尚未开发，实际使用的可耕地仅1/10;永久性草场7.84亿公顷，占土地总面积的26.4%;森林约7.12亿公顷(约占世界森林面积的17.1%)，森林覆盖率约占24%，人均森林面积1 .5公顷，高于世界平均数。河湖面积超过323万平方公里，主要河流有尼罗河、刚果河、尼日尔河等，河流总径流量约占世界河流总径流量的12%，居世界第三位。1984年，非洲有牛(包括水牛)1 .76亿头、绵羊1.84亿只、山羊1.5亿只、骆驼1 279.7万头、马368.4万匹、骡226万匹、驴1 220万头、猪1 104万头。非洲是拥有骆驼头数最多的洲，计占世界骆驼总头数的74 .4%。山羊和驴的数量，分别占世界的32 .85%和30 .6%，居世界各大洲的第二位。
