北京松山自然保护区位于北京市延庆县海坨山南麓,面积4660公顷,主要保护天然油松林为主的温带森木生态系统。区内保存着华北地区唯一的大片天然油松林,以及保存良好的核桃楸、椴树、白蜡、榆树、桦木等树种构成的阔叶林。共有种子植物600多种,高等动物70多种,其中国家重点保护野生动物有金钱豹、斑羚等。该保护区靠近首都北京,具有非常重要的保护价值。
