劳动力迁移劳动力迁移labour migrationlaodongli qionyi劳动力迁移(lahour而gration)劳动力在经济、社会、教育和民族等因素影响下由一个地区向另一个地区流动的选择过程。是一种人口流动现象。影响劳动力迁移的主要原因是经济因素。劳动力迁移可分为国内迁移和国际迁移。前者主要是从农村向城市的迁移;后者主要是从发展中国家向发达国家迁移。美国经济学家M.P.托达罗的劳动力迁移模式认为:①劳动力迁移主要受人们来自相对经济利益和费用这些合理的经济上的考虑的刺激。其中经济上的因素起决定性的作用，但也有心理上的考虑。②劳动力迁移的决策取决于“预期”的而不是实际的城乡工作差异。其中，预期的差异是由实际的城乡收人差异和城市获得就业机会的可能性这两个变量相互作用决定的。③获得城市高收人职业的可能性，往往与城市的失业率成反比例关系。④劳动力迁移的增长速度超过城市就业机会的增长速度不但是可能的，而且是合理的，即使城乡预期收人差异很大也是很可能的。城市高失业率是大多数不发达国家城乡经济机会(诸如就业机会、居住机会、教育机会等)严重不平衡的必然结果。(黄四民)
