城市管线工程的特点有哪些城市管线工程有一个系统工程，有其自身的特点。把握这些特点，有利于搞好规划实施管理，提高规划实施管理的自觉性，掌握管理的主动权。城市管理工程的特点主要是：1、布局的整体性和统一性 城市管线工程是城市基础设施的主要组成部分，各类管线工程构成一个多门类、多层次的有机整体，服务于整个城市或城市的某一个区域。在这个有机整体中，各种管线工程必须在全局上进行统一安排和综合考虑，否则，布局一乱，就会产生相互矛盾、影响和制约，直接造成不应有的损失。只有以统一规划与管理为前提，合理布局，分期分段实施才能发挥它的整体效益。2、运转的系统性和协调性各类管线工程各自构成独立的系统。这个系统中包括管线工程及其相关的厂、站、局、所。这些构成要素不能单独发挥作用，只有结合成一个系统，才能保证生产、运行、供应，形成能源流、信息流、物质流、源源不断地送往用户。管线工程就是上述能源流、信息流、物质流的载体。当然，每一个种管线以是城市基础设施大系统的一个组成部分。因此，必须用系统工程的角度进行规划管理，使各种管理工程建设协调发展，形成良性循环。3、建设的超前必和完成的同步性作为城市基础设施的重要组成部分，管线工程建设的超前性已经被人们所认识，“先地下、后地上”“基础设施先行”正是实践经验的总结。管线工程建设超前，才能改善投资环境，为经济社会协调发展提供良性循环的条件。4、安排的综合性和统筹性城市管线工程大多在城市道路的地下、地上有限空间内。各内管线都有自身的建筑和运营要求，在空间上有间距、标高的矛，在运营有互相干扰的矛盾，在施工上有相互影响的矛盾，因此在管理中必须在时间上、空间上综合考虑、统筹安排，协调发展，才能使之各得其所。5、经营的服务性和垄断性城市管线工程是为整个城市或城市的某一个区域服务的公益事业。其布局的整体性、运行的系统性、又决定了经营的垄断性。因此建与管理必须集中统一，不能分散零乱、各自为政，其目的在于更好地提供服务供应。这也就为加强城市规划实施管理提供了有利的条件。
