京津塘高速公路京津塘高速公路自中国北京经天津至塘沽的高速公路。途经南营、杨村、军粮城等地,全长142.69千米。其中北京段35千米,河北段6.84千米,天津段100.85千米。1987年12月动工,1990年9月北京至天津杨村段建成通车,1991年12月杨村至宜兴埠段建成通车。全线于1994年建成。京津塘高速公路路基宽26米,分上下行4个车道,中间分隔带宽3.0米。设计车速为120千米/小时。全线全部控制出入口,采用立体交叉,与铁路交叉3处,与公路互通立交10处,分离式立交23处,建有大桥4座、中桥28座、小桥337座。沿线设有闭路电视监控系统、收费系统、照明系统、通信系统、管理与维修养护系统等,以及服务区、休息室、加油站等设施。土木工程施工实行国际公开招标,中标的联合体里中方承包95%以上合同金额,外方负责技术管理和部分路面施工。京津塘高速公路是中国利用世界银行贷款,按照国际标准设计、施工、监理的第一条跨省市、通向北京的高速公路。它的建成为首都打开了通向出海口的快速通道,促进了京津冀以及华北地区的经济发展和对外开放。京津塘高速公路北京段
