球铁分子式：CAS号：性质：又称球铁。在灰铸铁铁水中加入一定量的球化剂和孕育剂进行球化处理，使铸态下析出的石墨呈球状（即球墨化）的铸铁。球状石墨存在削弱了片状石墨尖端的应力集中效应，使球铁的强度和延性比普通铸铁提高，故把球铁常称为延性铸铁。常用的球化剂有镁、镁合金、稀土等。孕育剂采用75%硅铁、稀土硅铁。球铁可进行各种热处理，以发送或得到要求的基体组织。依基体组织的不同，球铁分为：铁素体球铁、珠光体球铁和贝氏体球铁。球铁铸造性能优于铸钢、力学性能优于铁接近于钢、且价格低廉，广泛用来制造受力复杂，对强韧性和耐磨性要求较高的零件，如曲轴、齿轮、高压缸、汽车底盘零件等。
