货币学派货币政策传导机制理论货币学派货币政策传导机制理论【货币学派货币政策传导机制理论】货币学派的理论。货币学派认为货币供应量将直接影响名义国民收人的变动，其货币政策的传递模式是:R二争B‘M一A一C~(I)一Y式中:R为准备金;B为商业银行放款或投资;M为货币供应量;A为各种金融资产;C、I为消费品或投资品;Y为名义国民收人。这个过程可描述如下:假定从原先的完全均衡状态出发，中央银行在公开市场上购人证券注人基础货币，商业银行的准备金增加，其放款能力也增强了。于是，商业银行必然会设法改变融资条件—降低利率，以增加放款和投资，货币供应量增加。在名义货币供应量增加的过程中，人们觉得比以前更富有，这时人们就开始将增加的货币转向价格尚未上涨的其他资产，既包括金融资产，又包括实物资产，实际资产需求的增加和价格的上涨，必然使生产者增加生产，从而增加名义收人。生产的增加，以及实际资产价格的上涨，将吸收多余的名义货币，使真实的货币需要量与名义货币需要量趋于平衡。货币学派与凯恩斯学派的理论分歧有三点:(l)凯恩斯学派非常重视利率指标在货币政策传导机制中的作用，而弗里德曼则认为货币政策的影响主要不是通过利率影响投资和收入，而是因为货币供应量超过了人们所需要的真实现金余额，从而直接地影响到社会的支出和货币收人。(2)凯恩斯学派认为，直接对产量、就业和国民收人产生影响的是投资，而货币对国民收入等因素的影响是间接的。而货币学派认为，货币供应量的变动与名义国民收人的变动有直接的联系。(3)凯恩斯学派认为，传递机制首先是在金融资产方面进行调整，然后引起资本市场的变化，投资增加，通过投资乘数的作用，增加了消费和国民收人，最后影响到商品市场，而货币学派则认为，传递机制可以同时在货币市场和商品市场发生，受影响的资产不仅是金融资产，也包括真实资产。
