大学校园区的植物选择与配置大学校园规划建设中常分为教学科研区、体育运动区、学生宿舍区、教工生活区等。由于各区的功能不同，绿化也应因地制宜。在不同功能区的绿化中，不应只是用植物改善环境、而是应利用植物创造环境，挖掘校区植物配置的新意，创造出独具特色的美。校园各功能区的植物配置应依据科学性、艺术性的原则，树立植物造景的观念。科学性是指适地适树，注意其生态习性。艺术性是指运用美学原理，对树木花草进行合理搭配，充分利用对比、烘托、均衡等艺术手法，平面绿化与垂直绿化相结合，杜绝苗圃化、造林化的种植方法。现将校园主要区域的植物品种的选择及配植方法分述如下：一、门前区高校大门至学校主体建筑之间的空间，在功能上主要是满足人流、车辆的集散，对于突出校园的风格面貌、文化特色及对整个城市空间形象都有着重要意义。根据门前瞬间人流量大，与城市道路绿化联系密切及在校园内处于重要位置等特点，植物配植应简洁、明快、大方、自然，突出高等学府的文化氛围。门前设有广场的校园，应设重要景点作为门前区的主景，避免一览无余。这种形式的植物配植应注意竖相与横向的对比，植物要低矮、整齐，可布置成大面积的草坪，也可用月季、红花酢草浆及宿根花卉布置成大型花境。两侧行道树可选用树形较好的落叶乔木或常绿乔木，总的原则是开阔、大方，烘托主题。另—种布置方法是从校门口到教学楼中央大道上用行道树构成宽阔的绿色通道，使环境显得安静、严肃。二、教学科研区教学科研区是学校的主体建筑群区，也是校园绿化的精华所在，许多重要景点都集中于此。此区的植物功能上应形成幽静美丽的环境，不影响室内的通风采光。在校园平视或在楼上俯视，都能取得最佳观赏效果。由于此区是师生休息、游乐的中心，绿地宜采用自然式的布局，设置水面、花架、亭廊、坐凳等，各园林小品之间用树木与花草结合在一起。水池中可种水生植物，岸边可种植扶芳藤、蔷薇等藤本植物，使水面自然入画。面积较大的空间可布置成自然式的起伏地形，以草坪为基调，点缀法桐、雪松、合欢等树姿优美的乔木，形成疏林草坪。绿地内的花架旁应种植紫藤、葡萄、凌霄等攀援植物，形成绿茵花廊。亭榭四周可布置白皮松等常绿树。配置蜡梅、紫薇、丁香等。使季相变化明显，丰富空间内容。适当种植合欢、三角槭、栾树等，用以遮阴和创造一种幽静的环境。也可用大叶黄杨、小叶女贞等常绿灌木，围成半封闭的空间，宜于学生学习、乘凉。此外，绿地内应广植花灌木，花开不断。该区与校园大道、运动场地相邻部分可用桧柏、大叶女贞等构成高篱，起到防尘、防噪的隔离作用。三、学生生活区该区的绿化功能是创造安静、卫生的环境，便于学习休息。同时还应该根据学生活泼好动的特点及学校运动场普遍紧张的状况，留部分活动区。植物配置的原则应简单、实用、抗破坏，采用自然式与规则式相结合。如沿宿舍四周砌筑花池，种植一些低矮的花灌木，如金钟、丝兰、珍珠梅、龙柏球等，既不影响室内通风透光，又具有美化效果。楼前有较大场地的宿舍区，可种植树冠较大的落叶乔木，既便于学生在大树下活动，还可遮阴、纳凉。在楼墙适当位置可种植爬山虎等攀援植物，增加立体绿化面积，也可起到防晒、降温的作用。由于宿舍区人流集中，活动频繁，管理不便，不宜种植草坪及珍稀植物。四、校园道路的植物配置校园的道路通常分为主干道、支路和绿地小径。主干道绿化应以遮阴为主，支路、小径以美化为主。主干道行道树可选用水杉、银杏、白蜡、合欢、栾树、楝树等落叶乔木，短距离的重要路段也可选用雪松、白皮松、华山松等常绿乔木。道路外侧应留有带状绿地，配置草坪、酢浆草等地被植物或花灌木，以打破干道的规则平直。支路及小径的路旁绿化应活泼有变化，根据路段不同可分段种植不同品种，组成的不同景区。一般选用常绿树与花灌木，也可用常绿树与花灌木间植，如桧柏与红叶李，龙柏与蔷薇等。绿地中的植物种植多为自然式，也可孤植、对植、群植，既具有观赏性也有引导、分隔的作用。（来源：中国花卉报-05-22）
