贝尔哈托夫火电厂贝尔哈托夫火电厂Belchatow Thermal Power Plant贝尔哈托夫火电厂(Belehatow ThermalPOwer Plant)世界最大燃煤电厂(燃用褐煤)。位于波兰中部罗兹西南贝尔哈托夫矿区，离露天褐煤矿7km，因而，也是世界最大矿口电厂。总装机容量4 320MW。1979年始建，1982年第1台机组投运，至1988年12台机组全部并网运行。电厂年平均设备利用小时为6780，年均发电量27.7TW·h。电厂供电煤耗率为3519/kw·h，厂用电率 5.4%。该电厂以220kV及4O0kV输电线路向罗兹、华沙、克拉科夫等地区送电，还在建设向波兹南输电的线路。主要设备电厂安装12台36OMW亚临界压力的机组。锅炉最大蒸发量为1 15Ot/h，其新蒸气压力为17okgf/emZ(Ikgf=9.80665N，下同)，过热及再热蒸气温度为570/550C。锅炉主要燃料为当地褐煤，由于当地褐煤的热值不稳定，短期平均热值为1600kcal/kg(zkeal一4 z86.8)，下同)，当其热值低于1100keal/kg时则需投油稳定燃烧，故以油作为辅助燃料。锅炉设计采用欧洲技术，波兰自行制造。汽轮机为单轴、四缸(高、中压缸各1个，双流低压缸2个)、四排汽口。蒸气参数为i6skg王/emZ、560/540℃，转速3 ooorpm，其额定出力36oMw。发电机采用全氢冷方式，其额定出力为42，6MVA，功率因数为。.85，电压22kV，采用可控硅励磁系统。燃料系统电厂所用褐煤由露天煤矿经3条长皮带输送机运送到电厂储煤场。皮带宽225omm，皮带速度5.24m/。，煤粒度。~30omm，每台皮带输送机的输送能力为640Ot/h。储煤场容量约80万to煤由储煤场经输煤栈桥运至锅炉间的煤仓，每台锅炉的煤仓容量为3200t。煤在锅炉间经锤式碎煤机破碎到。一弓mm粒度后，进人风扇磨制粉，同时采用热风干燥。烟气净化及除灰系统锅炉烟气除尘采用静电除尘器，其除尘效率为99·6%。为使排烟脱硫，现已在4台锅炉后安装了湿式脱硫装置，其余锅炉将陆续安装。净化后的烟气通过高300m的多管烟囱排入大气。12台锅炉共建有6座多管组合式烟囱，其外筒为钢筋混凝土结构，其内部烟管为钢结构。锅炉的灰渣采用水力冲灰系统排除。灰渣从锅炉排出后由高压水冲人灰池，然后经灰浆泵及输灰管道送往灰场。储灰场的容量为4000m3。储灰场的灰大部分用于回填露天矿的采坑。供水系统电厂的水源主要来自露天矿区的清水井，所供井水占总清水量的95%;其次是来自矿区工业和生活用水经处理后的净化水。电厂采用闭式循环冷却系统，汽轮机的循环冷却水经该系统中的冷却塔冷却后循环使用。「(王瑞梁)
