岩层移动岩层移动strata movementyonCengy!dong岩层移动(strata movement)地下矿体采出后,采空区周围岩体发生位移、变形和破坏的过程。岩层移动会引起井巷和采场围岩失稳,严重时甚至造成重大事故。研究岩层移动对保证矿山安全生产,减少资源损失有重大意义。岩层移动的形式有弯曲、冒落、剪切移动和流动等。矿体采出后,采空区上部岩体因自重作用而向空区方向弯曲,是岩层移动的主要形式。当弯曲变形超过一定程度,岩层中就会出现裂缝,随着裂缝进一步发展,岩体在自重作用下将断裂成块而产生冒落。冒落是岩层移动最剧烈的形式,通常只发生在顶板中。开采急倾斜矿体或厚矿体,若不进行空区充填,冒落可能发展到地表,在地表形成塌陷坑。由于岩体的弯曲,岩体内层面之间和节理、裂隙之间还会产生剪切移动。此外.岩体的塑性流动和粘性流动也是常见的移动形式,其表现是岩体受高应力作用向采空区挤出。岩体的流动一般具有连续性。岩层移动结束后,在采空区上方通常出现冒落带、裂缝带和弯曲带(见图)。泰 岩昙移动“三带‘,分布 生冒落带吸裂缝带:瓜弯曲带冒落带直接位于采空区上方;裂缝带则位于冒落带上方,该区岩体产生裂缝,但仍保持整体性;弯曲带主要位于裂缝带上方,弯曲带中的岩体只发生弯曲而并不产生破坏。影响岩层移动的主要因素有岩石的物理力学性质、采矿方法、顶板管理方法、地质条件、水文条件、矿体埋藏条件、原岩应力状态、岩体内节理发育程度、开采厚度、采空区形状等。为了研究由采空区起至地表间的岩层移动发展过程和特征,为了了解回采工作面、采场顶板和围岩的变形情况,及时预报大地压活动,需要对岩层移动进行观测。观测的方法一般是在采空区以上各水平埋设测点,用精密水准测量和其他大地测量方法进行移动观测。观测线一般沿矿体走向或垂直于矿体走向布设。为了观测巷道内的相对变形,可在顶、底板上布设一系列对点,以可伸缩的测杆观测变形值。此外还可在采空区上方岩体内设置一系列钻孔进行岩体内部移动观测,以及采用立体摄影方法观测空区和巷道围岩变形。
