回热循环回热循环regenerative cyclehu一re xunhuon回热循环(regenerative eyele)余热被回收,并用于循环自身的一类热力循环。许多热力循环都可以采用回热.其具体实施的原理和方法大同小异(见布雷顿循环)。这里只介绍以兰金循环为基础的回热循环。为了回热,不妨设想如图(a)所示的一个热力装置系统,在凝汽器中凝结成的液态工质,首先通往汽轮机,以逆流的方式吸收蒸汽的热量,而汽轮机中的蒸汽则一面放热一面膨胀做功。液态工质经吸热温度升高后再通往锅炉,从而减少了工质在凝汽器中的放热量,同时也提高了工质在锅炉中吸热的平均温度,循环效率得到明显的改善。整个循环的T一:图示于图(b)。实际的回热循环如图(。)所示。它是通过多级回热加热器对液态工质进行逐级加热实现的,只是所利用的不是通过汽轮机的全部蒸汽部分冷凝时所释放的热量.而是从汽轮机的各级抽汽口中抽出的部分燕汽凝结成液体时所释放的热量。产生 Ikw·h的电能所需的蒸汽量叫做汽耗率,所消耗的热量叫做热耗率.与兰金循环相比,虽然回热.汽..汽.┌─┐│帆││护│└─┘┌─┐│拐││护│└─┘回热循环(a)原理;(b)T一:图;(e)技术实施循环的热耗率有显著的降低,汽耗率却显著地提高。热耗率的降低,表明热效率提高了;汽耗率的提高,增加了汽轮机高压级的容积流量,但由于抽汽,却减小了汽轮机低压级的容积流t和蒸汽湿度,有利于中、大型汽轮机效率的提高和工况的改普。为了使回热循环具有更高的热效率,需要处理好两个间题,一要选择最有利的给水回热加热的最终温度,二要分配好各回热加热级的加热量。这不仅仅是循环效率的问题,需要全面地技术经济权衡,例如回热加热沮度必须与锅炉的余热利用综合考虑。减小回热加热器传热温差、增加加热级数,虽然在理论上对循环效率有利,但却要增大受热面和设备造价。
