硫化镍矿加压浸出硫化镍矿加压浸出pressure leaching of nickel sulphide ore1 iuhuaniekuang liaya linehu硫化裸矿加压漫出(pressure leaehing ofniekel sulphide ore)用加压浸出法使硫化镍精矿或细磨高镍梳浆料中的镍和某些有价金属转入溶液而被提取的过程。为硫化镶矿处理方法之一加压浸出必须选用合适的浸出剂,利用金属硫化物的氧化顺序,控制溶液的成分、温度、氧分压、浸出时间和物料的粒度等条件,使镍和其他有价元素在不同的阶段选择性地浸出分离,有效地减少浸出液的净化负荷,从而提高金属回收率、降低加工费用和保护环境。硫化镍矿的加压浸出工艺分加压氨浸出和加压酸浸出两大类。加压兔漫出以氨和硫酸按为浸出剂,使原料中的硫化镍矿物与氧、氨反应,将镍和伴生的铜、钻转化为稳定的可溶性氨配(络)合物,硫氧化为各种硫一氧离子,铁转变为不溶性的含水三氧化二铁,其他脉石保留在渣中。1954年加拿大谢里特一高登矿业公司(S herrittGordon Mines Ltd.)的萨斯喀彻温堡(Fort-Saskatchewan)精炼厂首先在工业上采用加压氨浸出法从林湖地区的硫化镍精矿中提镍。该法的主要过程为:两段逆流加压氨浸出,浸出液蒸氨除铜,高温水解除不饱和硫,高压氢还原生产镍粉及镍粉压块.该厂所用精矿的成分(质量分数。/%)为:Ni10,Co 0.5,CuZ,Fe38,531,脉石14。精矿在卧式机械搅拌釜中,于温度543~363K、总压0.7~zMPa的条件下进行加压氧化氨浸出,使镍、铜、钻和部分硫分解进入溶液。其主要化学反应有:NIS+4FeS+702+10NH:+4HZO— Ni(NHs)。50;+2Fe203·H:O+2(NH.):5203 CoS+202+6NH:—Co(NHs)‘504 CuS+2O:+4NH:—Cu(NH。)450‘ 2(NH‘):5203十202—(NH‘)2530。+(NH.):50; (NH;)2530。+202+4NH3+H20— NH‘503·NHZ+2(NH;)250‘浸出富液的成分(g/L)为:Ni 40~50,eo 0.7~1,Cus~10,(NH‘):50‘120~180,游离氨85~100,不饱和硫5~10.在浸出富液燕发除去过量的游离氨时,不饱和硫与铜生成硫化铜沉淀而除去大部分铜,余铜用硫化氢除至小于smg/L。过滤除去沉淀物,滤液经高温、高压氧化水解后除去不饱和硫及胺墓成酸根后,进行加压氢还原制取镶粉和副产硫酸按。加压氨浸出直接处理硫化镍精矿工艺,有价金属回收率高,并能综合利用原料中的硫,省去火法过程,降低能耗,改善劳动条件,消除了对环境的污染。20世纪70年代以来,澳大利亚的克维纳纳(Kwinana)镍精炼厂采用此法处理镍镜及镍精矿生产镍粉。
