子午流注针法子午流注针法按照针灸治疗时间选取相应的五腧穴和原穴进行针灸治疗的方法。常用的有纳甲法和纳子法两种，此外，还有养子时刻法，则以24分钟为取穴的时间单位，每天轮流六十六穴，又称一日取六十六穴法。十二经脉气血运行状态，根据不同的时间变化而有相应盛衰变化。子午，即时间变化。流注，即十二经脉气血运行的过程，以及在十二经脉的井、荥、输（原）、经、合等特定腧穴上所呈现的气血盛衰情况，由于年、月、日、时等时间的变化而相应地有所不同，根据这个原理，按时选穴进行治疗，即为子午流注针法。子午流注纳子法是按时辰的地支属性来选取十二经脉五腧穴和原穴，每天轮遍十二经脉，是一种按时取穴法。又称子午流注纳支法。其具体方法是：①在该经脉经气流注时辰，取该经适当的穴位进行针灸治疗。②子母补泻取穴法，实证时，在气血流注至病经的时辰，取病经的子穴进行针灸（泻法）；虚证时，在气血流过病经的时辰，取病经母穴进行针灸（补法）；虚实不著的病证或补泻时辰已过，取病经的本穴或原穴进行针灸。子午流注纳甲法是根据针灸治疗的目时辰与经脉对应关系图棗寅肺、卯大肠的，时天干属性，来选取十二经脉五腧穴和原穴，且以一个时辰为取穴时间单位，10天轮遍六十六穴的按时取穴法，又称子午流注纳干法。具体方法是：①取穴原则。阳日（日天干属阳），阳时（日天干属阳）取阳经穴；阴日（日天干属阴），阴时（日天干属阴）取阴经穴。②合日互用。甲与己、乙与庚、丙与辛、丁与壬、戊与癸互为合日，在合日间可以互相应用相应时辰的开穴。时辰与经脉对应关系图——寅肺、卯大肠
